These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the TERMINDS Mentorship Platform ("Platform"). By registering, subscribing, or using the Platform, the mentee agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 The Platform provides access to mentorship services through independent mentors. 2.2 The Platform does not directly provide employment, scholarships, internships, or admissions. 2.3 All mentorship is advisory, educational, and developmental in nature.

Users must be enrolled in or accepted into a tertiary institution or be within an approved eligibility category defined by the Platform.

4.1 Mentees may subscribe to a mentor under one of the available mentorship tiers. 4.2 Subscription fees are payable in advance. 4.3 Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in Platform policy. 4.4 The subscription grants access to mentorship services for one calendar year, renewable each year.

5.1 Mentors are independent professionals, not employees of the Platform. 5.2 The Platform facilitates matching but does not control mentor advice or opinions. 5.3 Mentees are responsible for their own decisions based on mentorship guidance.

The Platform does not guarantee any academic, career, financial, or personal outcomes, including but not limited to: - Employment or internships - Scholarships or funding - Academic grades or performance improvement - Business success or investment outcomes - Admissions or certifications All outcomes depend on individual effort, external institutions, and market conditions.

Mentees agree to: - Communicate respectfully with mentors and other users - Attend scheduled sessions punctually - Not abuse, harass, or exploit mentors - Not request services outside the Platform payment system - Not attempt to privately engage mentors outside the Platform Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

All official mentorship communication must occur through the Platform unless otherwise authorized. External communication is discouraged and may be restricted for safety and compliance reasons.

All Platform materials, including learning resources, frameworks, and content, remain the property of TERMINDS and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - The Platform is not liable for any advice given by mentors - The Platform is not responsible for decisions made by mentees - The Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Mentees use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for: - Misconduct - Abuse of mentors or platform systems - Fraudulent activity - Breach of these Terms No refunds will be issued in cases of misconduct-based termination.

By using the Platform, mentees consent to the collection and use of personal data for: - Mentorship matching - Progress tracking - Platform improvement - Communication and support Data will not be sold to third parties.

The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

By registering, the mentee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
