• With Other Users (Mentors / Mentees): Profile information, skills, and matching criteria are visible to other authorized users to facilitate mentorship connections.
• With Your Mentorship Organization: If you join through an employer, university, or program partner, organization admins may access your program participation and milestone progress.
• With Trusted Service Providers: Third-party services assisting with cloud hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Paystack), email delivery (Resend), and security under strict confidentiality.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process to protect user safety and security.

Security: We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, row-level security, and encrypted storage) to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
